Beaches ARe for K9s Too!
BARK is a Political Action Committee
(PAC) formed to amend the current Palm
Beach County ordinance that bans dogs
from county beaches and parks.

With approximately 49 miles of coastline,
there is no reason why
just a few miles of
our beaches can't be dog-friendly, so that
people who want to go swimming with their
dog can,
and not be threatened with arrest
or a hefty fine.

Don't worry.  There will still be plenty
of dog-free beaches for people who
don't want to go to a beach where
dogs are present!
By utilizing the Citizen's Initiative Process in the Palm Beach County Charter,
dog owners and other citizens of Palm Beach County can get this issue before the
Palm Beach County Commission.  If the commissioners fail to adopt the proposed
changes, the issue goes before the voters in a county-wide referendum.
Dog owner's, this is YOUR CHANCE to be heard!
